Best car service experience ever!
I had the best car service experience I’ve ever had when I had my car serviced at mycar Tyre & Auto Blackburn on 15/8/25. Workshop Controller Aaron was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with him.
Right from my initial phone call with Peter the Manager who I spoke with to book my car in I felt I could trust them. As Peter said on more than one occasion “We’ll look after you” and they really did. My 2005 Corolla drives like a new car! I would recommend mycar Tyre & Auto Blackburn to anyone and indeed have already done so … my daughter will be using them for her next car service.

Believe the customer.
Returning home after collecting my car I discovered that some of the dashboard lights did not turn off as
they had always done. I immediately returned and a mechanic sat in the car and told me that he had worked for Ford and that is how their lights worked. I have
had this car for about 12 years and I know when my lights turn off. He said nothing they had done would have changed it. He offered no further assistance.
I was not at all impressed.
