Fine, not great.
I have been taking my car here since I bought it in 2018, experience has been positive. Had a routine log book service today and was contacted to explain that extra work needed to be done. I approved a few of the items and they said they would call when they were done. It wasn’t finished until almost end of day, when I arrived at the mechanic (I hadn’t received a call yet)… to find out that they couldn’t complete the work, as they didn’t have the part. It left me confused as to why they couldn’t contact me for an earlier pick up or let me know when discussing the extra work. Not as happy as I’ve been previously with communication.

Clearly ran through what needed to get done and what could wait. Allowed me to do what I could afford at the time and made me feel comfortable about going and getting the rest done later. Definitely will go back.

Time quoted was incorrect- much longer than expected.
I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to have two tyres replaced. After 2 hours, I arrived & was told it would be another 20 mins. It took longer & I eas late for an appointment. Also, after a week I looked at the tyres & they already look worn so I'm unsure if they were actually replaced.

All staff incredibly courteous
All staff incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful, had the job I had my car booked in done efficiently and in great time, happy to have all my car needs catered for with this establishment in the future and great spot for walking distance to good food and beverage choices if you choose to wait for your car services to be completed
