Great guys & great service repairing/replacing two tyres after I had an unpleasant experience with someone driving nails into tyres

Amazing service from Matt, Darren and team at My Car Braddon, who went above and beyond to get our only family car in for an emergency service during the busy Christmas period so we could be safely on the road for the holidays. Polite, clear communication at all times to explain the problem, solution and quotes.

Get your car fixed or serviced by a real-life angel mechanic with 30yrs of experience! Darren knew nothing of my mother's recent passing, the recent hefty fine I'd received trying to get to her before she passed or that Revenue NSW had decided that day against leniency. He wasn't trying to cheer me up, he is just naturally a nice person. He did me an enormous favour which resolved not only my minor auto issue but pulled me out of a major slump. There are still kind, generous people in this world and Darren is one of them. Thank you SO MUCH Darren!

Usual top level service from Darren and the team. I have all family cars serviced here and never anything but honest and well priced work. Highly recommended.

The current guys at the Braddon store are always take my concerns about my car seriously and investigate until they find and solve the problem. Unlike other mechanics I've been to, they don't trump up charges or make up things that are wrong with my car. My car always runs better after I have it checked by the team.

It is always very pleasant experience with no issue. What I appreciate the most, comparing with previous service stations I used in Canberra, myCar Braddon does not try to make you purchase any extras or replacements if it is not actually needed — and the car works perfectly and smooth after their service. Very easy and fast drop off and pick up. Sometimes I can get almost next day appointment, sometimes I need to wait for it for a couple of weeks.

Replacing tires at MyCar Braddon was quickly resolved for the highest quality at the lowest price. This is not my first experience at this location and all have been good. The tires were replaces and the car retirned in mint condition.

These guys are the best, I thought I needed a new tyre, left it with them and they repaired it in no time, for no charge. Previously had a service, they did a great job. Courtesy is their middle name.

I would never recommend them, they over charged me & a bottle of bourbon disappeared while in their workshop, they did do the job until I came back over an 1hour later,
