Friendly and professional staff. Great service!

They have done a good job. However I requested basic car service. They offered me the essential plus service to sign without mentioning another option essential service. I don’t need 12 months road assistance as my car is already covered by road assistance. I feel like I don’t need to pay extra $60. I found out all details afterwards

Very nice helped me out late Friday afternoon but removed nail and repaired my wheel for safe driving over the weekend

Absolutely brilliant service. They were short on staff but still were so helpful and got the job done.

All staff were friendly and helpful. They replaced our tyres quickly and efficiently.

They repaired my tyre on the day it happened (after they centrally found a location which had the capacity to do it that day). The guys working on it then were committed to making sure it was done right, taking the time to fix something else small they found on the way. Excellent service!

As always my experience with this business is handled professionally and by friendly staff members.

Columbus and Jack were great with the treatment and most of all with the repair!

I called in on a Saturday morning when it was extremely busy. I dropped off my car with a tyre that was leaking slowly at 10:30 and picked up at 12 midday. There was no saying we can't do this morning and the tyre was fixed at a very reasonable price, taken for a test drive and both guy at reception, who had an extremely difficult customer before me, and kept his cool plus the mechanic on duty were both very pleasant. My third visit to My Car Brentwood and can't recommend them highly enough.

As always Columbus and the crew deliver great customer service and trustworthy advice. New tyres are great!

I've been to mycar Brentwood a few times now, and each experience has been fantastic. The team there is great. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my cars back there again.

Very easy and straightforward to book. The pricing is reasonable. All the staff at the Brentwood store are absolutely amazing, very friendly and genuine. Special shout out to Columbus and his customer service, he worked on my car and was so professional and helpful.

Purchase and booking of new tires were a breeze. On the day of tire change, Columbus greeted us and everything was done quickly and professionally. Appreciate Columbus’ friendliness and how smooth the whole process was. I will be back here for the next tire change for sure.
