Huge thankyou to the absolute legends at MyCar Broadbeach. After discovering a new warning light on the dash on my morning school drop off I pulled into Mycar Pac Fair on my way home and the lovely gentleman that served me took the time to understand my problem without making me feel like an in convenience even though they were very busy. Turns out it was a new lightbulb that was needed and 2 mins later I was on my way. THankyou so much again! In a word where people are of ten in a hurry and rude you absolutely made my week. Legend!!

Staff where great on Saturday needed a quick fix and was out in 10 min. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Prompt and efficient service

I always use Mycar Broadbeach to have my log book service, I work close by so I don't have to wait around, just drop the car, go to work and pick it up when I finish....so convenient. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable, which always makes it a great experience, thanks guys 👍

When I arrived at My Car at Pacific fair on the Gold Coast, my online booking had failed to register however the attendant managed to fit the prescribe Service in and complete it satisfactory so I greatly appreciate his management and the convenience of having my car serviced then and there
