Came in with a flat tyre issue. They were able to check out the tyre and noted that it needed to be replaced. A replacement tyre was ordered and arrived within the hour. The customer service was excelent and I highly recommend them.

Really bad customer service and poor communication. Charged me 1500 for a power steering pump replacement. Kept on extending the length of stay without telling me. Eventually got my car back and it smells like cat piss.

Could've charged me for checking over my car after a once off fault but didn't. Was very much appreciated

I was quoted 1 hr for the job to be done when booking, but when dropping off the vehicle I was told the team were going for lunch so it would be 2 hours. One specific staff member at the counter (shorter, short grey hair) was quite blunt and was more preoccupied with his own things rather than getting customers through

Car broke down at 7am, on the tow truck provided by mycar roadside at 8am, fuel pump replaced by 3pm the same day. Can’t say how grateful I was to have my car back so quickly! They all give sound, honest advice and are friendly, approachable and very eager to help. Thank you so much!!
