Had previously used Mycar and had a good experience. So called them up to get a new alternator and a service. Was able to book it in quickly and job done by lunch time. Steve is always very helpful and truthful on what needs fixing on the car. Competitive prices too.

I recently brought my car in for a service and expected a thorough check, including the spare tyre. Unfortunately, the mechanic simply noted on the report that the spare couldn’t be inspected due to a faulty lock, without informing me at the time or offering a solution. I would have appreciated being told during the service, so I could approve any necessary action. Communication is key, and I was disappointed with how this was handled.

Steve at the Bunbury site is amazing, honest and looks after you and your car. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Commication and quality of service

I’ve been using MyCar Bunbury for tyres on my cars for over 10 years now. They continue to provide excellent service and supply great products. I had 4x continental UC7 tyres fitted to my forester and the car is an absolute pleasure to drive, great tyres!

Items needing to be included in the service were overlooked. Radiator hose leaking badly. Transmission fluid not checked. I took the car back to Mycar after the service when a warning light came on in the dash. The manager said he was not familiar with how to clear the warning message and sent me away to do the clear myself using the car's manual.

Great service everytime. Had my car serviced here and new tyres replaced. Lovely staff. Honest and reliable.
