The owner/operator at My Car, Bundaberg was open, honest and transparent about all proposed repairs to my son’s car, prior to the experience and he communicated the cost and repairs required, to my husband, before commencement of the service. The proprietor was welcoming and professional when communicating with us, both in person and on the phone. The repairs and service were carried out with care and we were satisfied with the result and the itemised account, that we could add to the vehicle service history.

They were just so great. They were very busy but for me in with an unexpected flat tyre. Fitted a new one. Great service. Great price and the job was done really quickly for me as I had to get to work.
