We booked in our car (BYD EV) for service and wheel alignment. After dropping off the car, I received a call from Mycar to be informed that the technician who's qualified to undertake this service was on vacation and that I had to book in another day. Naturally I was disappointed with the lack of coordination within Mycar and wasting my time having to make another trip for the service.

The friendliness of the team and the professionalism was outstanding. I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained my options clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary extras, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and fairly priced, and my car felt noticeably smoother to drive afterward. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free experience — I’d definitely recommend them and would return for future tyre needs.

Michael, the Supervisor from MyCar KMart, East Burwood has always gone out of his way over the past 9 months to explain to me the numerous mechanical problems with my car and the repairs were completed to my satisfaction with my 2011 Holden Cruze. I could not be more pleased and reassured dealing with Michael, he has such a nice way of dealing with customers and was honest with telling me the state of play with my vehicle.
