Despite being 4 staff members down, MyCar in Burwood East got the job done in time and at an amazing price. The staff are friendly and professional. From someone who used to get ripped off by getting my car serviced at the dealership, I highly recommend using Mycar at Burwood East for all future servicing needs.

The service is good, price is reasonable, but the customer service level is average. Not very friendly.

Booked appointment for purchase of 4 Kumho tyres and fitting.
Reception was receptive and professional.
When time to collect again very professional and answered questions put to him promptly.

Michael was very clear and helpful, kept me up to date with things that'd need to be repaired and things that can wait/to keep an eye on. Not the first time I've had my car serviced here; the team do a fine job, can't think of a single area for improvement.

One nail pierced into my front-left tyre so I went to the Burwood One MyCar trying to fix it yesterday. With very short period of inspection time, the reception told me the tyre was not repairable and told me all 4 tyres need to be replaced at cost 2,700 AUD in sum otherwise burst might happen to all tyres. I went to another repair place and the puncture was fixed in 30 mins at 50 AUD. What a predatory intention and service from the reception was! So stunned!
