We purchased 4 new tyres in January 2026, and got a puncture in May 2026.

We noticed on our original invoice that the purchase included a Tyre Care Plan.

We rang MyCar, booked in for a tyre repair, and we were happily surprised that the Tyre Car Plan Included Free Puncture Repair. The team showed excellent service with the tyre puncture repair.

It really increased the value of buying the tyres with MyCar.

Fix log book price no added charges rang to see if i wanted couple of other things done while my ute was there and did not push me for a sale.

Last minute Tyers went flat. The team at Capalaba was able to squeeze me into the repair without any fuzz. Great service!

Amazing customer services as usual. My car was done in 20mins to change lightbulbs. The price was so affordable. Exceeded my expectations.

I got the 5 wheels balanced, a rotation and aligment, I had to have my car there at 8 am, and I ended up calling them after 4 pm to see if I could collect my car. I told Laurie when I gave him the keys that I would be in the shopping centre waiting as I had noone to pick me up or take me back, so I sat in the shopping centre for at least 8 hours for a job that should have taken at max 1 hour. When I had the car serviced in September at the same mycar centre once again I had to call to see if I could pick up the car, I am lucky I have the receipt with the date on it, as they did not put the little sticker on the window for the next service, I will not go back or recommend them to anyone else

So easy to book and pay online. The staff at Capalaba are friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and details were comunicated clearly.

Had booked in drop off 8:30 and pick up 11:45, wheel alignment and window wiper check
I called at 12 and work hadn’t yet commenced, wipers weren’t checked and alignment not done.
Was told tyres need changing ASAP
Went to Bob Jane for check and was told at least got 6 months in them no need to change right away .🤔

Great communication and workmanship.
Changed rear brakes as well as replacing lower control arms. They even fixed the TPS light that has been on for 18 months.
