I would have given 5 stars but was told in the initial phone booking that fitting the 4 tyres and wheel alignment would take approx 1 hour. When I dropped the car off when the store opened at 8.30am I was told it would take 2 hours. It was ultimately close to 3 hours before the car was ready to pick up

Had 4 new tyres fitted
Great service. I purchased 4 new tyres for my car and a wheel alignment. The spare was on the car and the tyre in the boot had a puncture when I took it in. I explained this to the staff, and they got rid of the damaged tyre in the boot and put the old spare in the boot. They sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up.

The experience was a positive one
The booking experience was convient and easy to arrange. The tyres I purchased were at a excellent price. The quality of the product and service was good. The car drives well after the service with the new tyres correctly fitted and balanced.
