I have been getting my two family vehicles serviced at this centre for a few years now. Greg has always been amazing to deal with, has always serviced my cars without fault, and ensures that I am aware of any potential issues for future services. He even picked up on some manufacturer warranty faults that my official dealership had neglected! Definitely a workshop that you can trust to do the job right.

The team at the Casula store were really good and friendly. They tackled my car with ease. Some places don't do wheel alignments on Tesla's. The only reason I gave them 1 less star is because the call center guy i booked it in with quoted me $89 but when I got there they said it'll cost $122 because they had to take off one plastic undertray with a couple of 10MM bolts so they charged me a extra $33 for that which I feel was not really fair. You quote one price you should stick to it regardless. I would bring the car back to Casula again for a wheel alignment.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service that was given to me as they were able to complete it very quickly and in an efficient manner. I will say however, communication needs to be improved in your process. I received a call about requiring some extra work that needed to be done to my vehicle for it to pass the pink slip. I was informed over the phone that it would cost me an extra $18. However upon arrival the charge was an extra $35 instead. The issue is not about the money. It is about the principle of when you communicate to the customer. I would highly suggest the person who handles the phone conversations to make sure they clearly outline the final cost to avoid any sort of confusion during the payment process time.

The manager and all his crew are very professional, kind and compassionate. Job done on time with a smile.
