Service was fine but initially they told me a pick up time of 3-3:30, to which I planned my day around. The pick up was around 11:30. So while the service was quick, it’s not appreciated that I specifically asked if it would be sooner and I was still told mid-afternoon which skewed my plans. I booked and paid for the service in full online, only for the total charge at the end to be $50 more than that because the online system didn’t have one of the standard inclusions in it. Very dissatisfied on pick up because of this and took longer than it should have while the server was trying to figure out why the charge was different and I had to spend more money than I had planned.

Always a positive experience dealing with these guys. Courteous, job done on time and not left waiting around.
