When booking I was told what service the car was due the price of the service. Was notified when extra work was needed to be done and which items could be done next service.

Booked my car in for a service as I…
Booked my car in for a service as I have used My Car Chadstone for my family cars. Normally deal with Michael who is exceptional but he seems to have been transferred to another store. Service was ok quoted approx $290 but was called and they wanted to fix other items so total was close to $1000 hand brake was not adjusted , which should have been done as standard. Will try and locate Michael.

I am very glad I took the advice.
I am very glad I took the advice and purchased new tyres. Until I was driving I have no idea the difference new tyres make to gripping on the road. I drive approximately 80 k a day. I feel safe and secure.
