From my first telephone call to dropping my car off and picking it up, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and explained the process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had issues with my car starting up and was told that they couldn’t order the part so I had to go and somehow find the part myself? They also didn’t tell me what part I needed until I called up after my service and asked. Ended up going to a different mechanic who fixed it with no issues and turns out that it wasn’t even the issue that the chapel hill store said it was. Absolutely useless will never take my car back to this store.

The fellas at Chapel Hill have always been so helpful to me; they provide a cost-effective top-notch service. Their tire fitment is great; they provide competitive pricing also with a wheel alignment service.

Had a tyre that had been damaged beyond repair and had the spare on the car. Rang Friday and was told to bring the car in the next day. They sold me a new tyre and fitted it straight away. It was great that it was all fixed quickly!

Received a phone call with a list of things wrong with the car and asked them to email me the list and prices, which they said they would, so I could review it and let them know if I would be able to afford to get it done. Email never received (or sent).

Instead I was given notes using different wording, no prices, and extra items, on the invoice. Invoice was picked up after hours so no chance to discuss and get information re vague notes.
