My first encounter with My Car Churchill Center was brilliant especially with Dillon, his all round customer service was refreshing as was the work completed & he treated me as a person & not a idiot, so all this adds up to a long term customer business relationship. All very easy. Did what I wanted and did it when they said.

All good. They kept me informed and were pretty quick.

They did what they said they were going to do, did it on time and for the price they said they were going to do it. Unlike some of the dealerships. They also blackened the tyres.

Dylan was great, dropped of a tyre before close the night before and had it done the next day.

Told clutch is almost due for a repair. No sign of any need for this. Old car but low mileage. Had another mechanic check it and it’s completely fine. Another company finding expensive faults that aren’t even needed. Cross this one off the list.

Very fast service/check-up. Prompt SMS to let me know my car was ready ahead of schedule. Friendly staff.

Quick and efficient, my only issue is mycar isn't getting any cheaper, but what is!

They were able to match price from a competitor. Service is friendly, reviewed my existing tyres and explained why they needed to be replaced.
The only negative aspect is I would have liked to see the inside of each mag cleaned after they remove the balancing weights to each wheel.

Back Friday Pirelli tyre half price deal. Internet online kept saying something went wrong after long queue time. Rang churchill branch sa on hold over half hour no answer., so drove there and organised to supply and fit with Michael. Did a good job fitting & alignment. Very short staffed!

Cheap and having no issues since fix, happy with my experience.

I had a flat tyre that needed to be fixed on a Saturday! From the person I spoke to over the phone to the people at the actual tyre centre everyone made it happen and were just decent people. Thank you very much for making it less stressful and for being kind.

Took time to explain what needed to be done and find root cause why my car lost some power. Good service.

Pleasant experience. Staff was very professional and did not mind to explaining thing to such clueless customer like me. Will definitely comeback.

Prices were good but that’s about all that was. Spoke to three different men on the phone who gave me different pricing and recommendations meaning there’s no standard. Got a phone call during my service stating I needed my wheels aligned- I had new tyres the day before and paid for a wheel alignment less than 24 hours before. When I asked why they wanted to charge this they couldn’t explain. They also stated I needed filters changed in my car which I have noticed no problems with at all, but since picking up the car it has been exuding a smell of oil and very unpleasant which I have never had previously in my car. I brought it back and the man was incredibly rude and short with me, I brought my boyfriend with me and despite it being my car they ignored me and spoke to him for the most part, I suppose since he’s a man? They then blamed the smell on oil leaks within my engine that were not explained to me when I collected my car, and also something I’ve never noticed or had problems with. Suddenly I now have a car that smells bad, has apparent various oil leaks that again were not explained to me even after asking and returning to the store, and I was treated disrespectfully and felt uncared for completely. They also called me and said I needed a brake light replaced which I approved since that is an essential thing, but when I picked it up my form says “left hand brake light” which as far as I’m aware isn’t even a thing? The light in my dash was not faulty so what even was that extra $20 charge?? Long story short, not returning and never recommending as it seems cheap but you’re met with rude service and various people trying to hike the price.
