Not that i'd recommend doing this, but I rocked up with 5mins till closing with a nail lodged in the tyre. The manager checked to make sure air wasn't leaking before pulling it out and then refused... Ver más

My vehicle was left;

My vehicle was left;
1/ unlocked in carpark;
2/ manual transmission left out of gear (that is, in neutral) on a gradient;
3/ black grease marks on drivers side floor from mechanics boots
4/ items from glove box removed and left on seat.
Others;
Tyre pressures not checks - one tyre being very low on pressure
Incorrect invoicing- initial invoice $150 higher than should have been

The guys were great

The guys were great. Stayed lte to finish the work and was particularly pleasedd to see them double and even triple check the work others had done. Also took the car for a run to check all was to be expected. Very happy with them!

Car couldn’t be started after a…

Car couldn’t be started after a service. Apparently a problem with new oil filter fitted. Car stranded outside garage, with a probable wait of two weeks for replacement part!

I am formally escalating a serious…

I am formally escalating a serious complaint regarding the handling of my vehicles at your Claymount branch, Nedlands specifically under the supervision of the manager, Jack.

Approximately two months ago, I paid over $1,000 for repairs to my Mercedes. Despite this, the vehicle continues to display a “top up coolant” error intermittently, indicating that the issue has not been properly resolved.

More concerning, yesterday the vehicle emitted smoke from the engine while being driven, which presents a clear safety risk. My daughter had to stop the vehicle and arrange alternative transport.

Today, I attended the Clayton branch and spoke directly with Jack. Despite the seriousness of the situation:

I was told the branch was “too busy” to inspect the vehicle immediately
I was asked to leave the vehicle without any clear timeframe
When I raised the issue of smoke, I was told this is “my problem” and that the vehicle could only be checked sometime next week and i felt it a lie.

This response is unacceptable given the potential fire risk and prior repair history.

Additionally, my BMW 116i was previously held by the same branch for two weeks with no progress, and only attended to after I followed up today . This reflects a clear pattern of poor service, lack of communication, and disregard for customer responsibility.

I have now lost full confidence in the Clayton branch. Be careful it was such a fantastic place with the previous manager kai but not longer with the currrent guy Jack he has no value for a very loyal Customer. No wooder the yard is emoty today the down fall has started . I diont care that but they ignore a fact when I told smoke coming from the engine this is not just disrectful and but this guy Jack did not bother saftey of other if I drive the same car on public with other communities

Fabulous service

Fabulous service - the mechanic was so friendly - he very kindly offered to do my job on the spot when i was expecting to wait an hour.
Then, even better, he very generously decided it would be free of charge because it was so quick - I was quoted $30 .
It doesn't get any better, does it!!
I have always found this place to be friendly, efficient and professional .....5 stars truely deserved
thank you for restoring faith in humanity :)

Service without Diagnostics.

Booking and checking in process easy and service timely. No diagnostics carried out though as expected from other service provider. Name and address on invoice incorrect. A bit disappointed 😞

Kia and his team did a great job! We were very pleased that they took such care with the wheel alignment of my SUV. It was our first time at My Car and we want to thank Kia and his team for a great experience there!
