I made a booking online, went in dropped off my keys and got a message when my car was ready and because I prepaid online I just picked up my keys and car. The most simple and least complicated car service I've ever had and my car is running noticeably smoother. Thank you!

I came to the Cloverdale store to get my tyres replaced. Told the car service rep to give me a ring before starting any repairs as I was still undecided about the number of tyres that requires replacing. The service rep assured me that they would provide an update on my car's condition and give me a ring for before starting any repairs. However, after waiting for two hours with no communication, I called to follow up and discovered that they have begun replacing all four tyres.

Excellent service at Mycar Cloverdale by Josh. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, timely completion, and clear communication. My runs perfectly now. Highly recommend for reliable, professional care!

Very fast and efficient service with decent pricing.
Would be better if they are able to provide video recordings and/or pictures of Before and After servicing to let customer know what were the issues.

Always had you guys service my car but i wasn't entirely happy with the work that was done... yes the car feels so much smoother to drive but my wipers now scratch on my windscreen ??? Had no problems with my wipers in the past... also with the ridiculously long list of maintenance that apparently needs to be done to the car that has miraculously appeared over night???? Not sure if you guys have new workers there now but I have trusted you for years to look after my car but this last service has left a bad taste in my mouth!!!

Great customer care

We liked how quick they managed to fit us in even though they were short of staffed. We had to wait 1/2 hour toward the end after predicted time. A backup of staff would be useful if possible

Good customer service fom honest skilled people is so rare and it was a pleasure to deal with the team at MyCar Cloverdale. They delivered what was promised leaving me feeling safe with my car and happy with the people i was dealing with

Not even sure the car was being looked at. To me the car was not moved from where it was left off (Shopping Centre Parking lot). Odometer reading on the invoice was 157446 km. The actual reading was only close to 84000. Did they even open the car door to have a look? Nothing was said about any job done on the invoice nor there any report. Response was evasive about the job. No mention about the issues raised in the last service to be followed up. Nothing at all. Just blank.

The job was done but then the time booked in to start the job and finish was not followed. I wasn't notified. I dropped my car for changing the 4 tyres at 2:30pm @Mycar Cloverdale CE office. Pick up time is 3:30pm. I came back at 3:30pm and the car wasnt even touched. Up until I asked the manager what is going on, he didnt even know the car was up for work. it wasnt done. So i have to wait for another hour to get it done. Not even sure if the job was rushed.

I'm always happy going here and having my work done on my car. They are very professional in everything they do. I have never had an problems with the work
