Best customer service ever. They repaired my flat tyre and didn't charg a dime.

I didn't have an appointment yet the friendly staff dropped what they were doing and fitted new windscreen wipers straight away.

The workers are lovely and communication is open. I’ve had four new tyres installed, and when I experienced a puncture, I returned to have it replaced or fixed since it was under warranty.

Could not confirm my appointment-computer system down. Little or no follow up by staff after Svc completion. Had to prompt staff member to find out-just shown worksheet. Not a very personalised experience.

The car wouldn’t start when being picked up as an air block was in the fuel line. Rectified before I left though.

Had to prove that I had prepaid and even had to pay my final instalment EARLY. I used Afterpay and the reception woman refused to acknowledge that it was paid and said ‘our system doesn’t work that way’ which is rubbish as I have used the same payment method at the same store for years. Won’t go back.
