Dropped my car off was given a time to pick up. Went back and my car had not been touched. I booked it in for a certain time as I needed to be somewhere else.
When I voiced my concern to the worker he was dismissive and unapologetic.
Not happy at all.

I booked my service online, arrived and was explained the service. They rang me to advise further work required, explained why. Work completed before I started work. Very professional and MyCar offer road side assist for 12 months after servicing my car and a whole lot more than other service centres.

Great service and work always

I recently took my car to My Car Coomera because the tyre pressure warning light came on. I explained the situation at reception and asked them to check whether it was a puncture or something else, as I wasn’t sure myself.

The service was slow. It took nearly 4 hours to complete. When I returned to collect my car, the staff member at the front desk was on the phone the entire time. Without any explanation, he simply recognised me, handed me the eftops machine, pointed at it, and expected payment. There was no communication at all about what the issue was, what had been done, or the condition of my tyres.

When I reviewed the invoice, it only stated that all tyres were pumped and no issues were found. However, just one day later, the tyre went flat again, and it turned out there was actually a nail in it. This shows that the issue was not properly diagnosed or checked in the first place.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Because the problem was not properly identified, I had to go to another tyre shop and pay additional costs to get it properly repaired. I will not be returning, as I no longer trust the quality of their service.

My car needed a new headlight or so I thought. It wasn't just a simple diy job like I have done in my other cars. When I picked my car up they didn't charge me as it wasn't a blown bulb it was loose wiring. I took my car here as I was desperate. I had been a customer here for years but after bad service twice in a row stopped going there. This experience has changed my mind and I will return.

Greeted by helpful and pleasant staff as soon as i was attended to. Kept up to date on what extra may need repair, how much and if wanted to do that service, very up front. Thankyou !
