Early morning on Thursday, I found a nail in my tyre on my way to Geelong. Luckily, I found a mycar shop on my way to work. The guys at the repair shop fixed my tyre within minutes and saved me the trouble of being stuck on the road.Thank you mycar for being friendly and for your prompt service.

today i had a bit of accident hit a gutter in my car as i was entering the second stori car park .I ultimately nearly ripped the exhaust off the nice gentlemen from My Car & Auto fixed it up enough to safely drive till i get it to exhaust specialist thank you guys so much cant thank you enough.

I took my car in for a service with Richard yesterday. I appreciated how quickly I could book my car in and how well Richard explained what he was doing and what was needed.

I always appreciate a mechanic who will point out future issues and be honest about when they need to fixed. (I needed to get my front brake pads fixed, but the back brake pads are showing wear but don't need to be replaced yet.) I also liked that Richard called me to explain the necessary work before doing anything that would increase the cost of my service.

The service was great. Hassle free and Richard was happy to answer any questions I had.

I'll definitely be coming back here for my next service.

I booked my new tyres on the website. Booked in at 1000 and the app said it would be ready by 1130 but it was 1230 before it was ready

Honest reliable service

Staff were friendly and efficient. I was informed of additional work that was needed and the cost so I could make an informed decision. When I phoned to book, it did not default to booking online.

I don't know much about cars. But mine was making a nasty noise. So I took it to these guys. The noise went away.

Looks like they actually did something to fix my problem which sure was nice of them. I've been to other places where they basically admitted to doing nothing to repair my car, but these guys actually did their jobs. Perhaps it's a low bar but it's all I wanted. My car doesn't make noise anymore.

They are a funny bunch. They have that no nonsense, slightly standoffish working class behaviour about them. Perhaps a little rude, but also clearly competent. Honestly it just felt genuine to me. These are exactly the sort of people you want fixing your car. I liked doing business with them and I will be back.

Justin was very understanding and helpful with my emergency tyre situation.
He offered to have a look straight away, suggest replacement tyre options that suited my preferences and to get it replaced early Saturday, so that I could get on the road.
Richard was helpful also.
