Had my 80000 km service on my 2022 MG ZST yesterday. It was half the price the dealership quoted. I'm very happy with the way the service was done, very timely and done to a very high standard. Kyle the Store Manager was helpful, professional and polite, as were other staff. Very happy and will be back for tyres soon!

Nathan made my experience exceptional. I gave them my car full of problems and with impeccable mechanics and 100% know how I drove away with my car like brand new. They went above and beyond with customer service, even picking me up from my home to the My Car centre to receive my car. Quality workmanship and all guarantees on workmanship and excellent value for money made this whole experience the ultimate best. Hi always have a good experience with Cranbourne mycar this time l wish they had of rung me first though before fixing everything as l didn’t realise it was going to be really expensive when l went to pick it up they did more then what l was told.

The staff have amazing customer service, they helped with no questions asked. They look up your car as you walk into the store, they book and service your car on the spot. If they are fully booked they let you know, if they can squeeze you in they say. There's no rubbish of wanting to feel important by asking you "Did you make an appointment ". Ofcourse I haven't, that's what I have just said. I love Mycar Cranbourne. Thank you guys

Such a great service with Cranbourne Park MyCar store. I spoke on the phone and advised I had a newborn. They made me a priority and had my break light fixed in no time.. all while my little one stayed asleep in the car. Very thankful for a super quick job, well done!
