After getting a flat tyre, only a few months after having new tyres fitted by mycar Tyre & Auto in Croydon, I was relieved and very pleased with how quickly they actually replaced my tyre all without any problems or extra payments. Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing, I just turned 18 and this has been my car's first service with me, they called up and told me what was wrong with the car and how long I had to get if fixed. Very reassuring since I was rather nervous.

Communication and service - gold star…
Communication was excellent regarding any additional work and when the car was ready. Despite an issue with the final payment the customer service couldn’t be faulted, even the technical hiccup was handled professionally.
