Everything went as expected
Everything went as expected - except they were busy when I dropped my car off at 8am so they could not give me a lift home. Not a big issue I walked and I rally appreciate they drove my wife home the time before when I was in hospital. I got an SMS and was lucky I checked as they did not call though they had checked my number when I dropped the car off to call me about any issues or when it was ready.

Going above and beyond!
The team identified a problem with the car’s brakes that needed to be rectified. They ordered the parts and fitted them the same day. This required the team to work beyond the normal closing hours to enable me to get the car back on the road as I needed it to be available the following day.
