Everything that Jarrod quoted was precise! The quote was exact and also apologised for previous experience about replacing the air conditioner. As was quoted nearly $3k and that was not including the service I got in 2023, plus new tyres, as would have cost over $4k in 2023!

Also great to have roadside assistance for 12 month, where I do not have to pay RACV assistance which is due for another year in October.

Dropped off the tire with two big nails in it one morning he couldn’t repair it the following morning he came gave me a new one. I got there before hours cause desperate for the car he even put it on himself before his other staff members got there and even put it on yourself and I didn’t even know that I didn’t have to pay for it because it was in the first six months fantastic service

They were great. Straight forward. Didn't try to upscale or make me get more useless extras. Straight forward and real down to earth people. Knew there stuff!

I couldn’t start the car at home. I called my car deer park to book in an appointment, They said I could take it in that day.
The next day was called telling me what needed to be fixed in order for it ti start. I asked then to replace that part and I have a major oil leak and was quoted $630 for it to be fixed. I agreed and was happy to have it done.,
It was a quick response. I was happy with that.
I collected my cat. They said that the bottom wasn’t done only the top and that I might still have an oil leak. That part I don’t quite understand? I just hope the oil leak was repaired.

I dropped my car for service at 8am and the guy told me he will call me when it's ready. I'm waiting for 5 hours for the call if there any orher problem with my car to be fix but no one ring me. Then I rang for the an update and that's how me told that some others thing to be done and to fix. So inconvenient!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Jarrod & Team at Deer Park mycar

After weeks of frustration with my battery light issue—and two alternator replacements—other mycar centres just told me to see an auto electrician without really checking the problem.

Then I came to Deer Park, and Jarrod and his team were incredible. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about solving the issue. Unlike others, they took the time to properly diagnose it and finally got it fixed!

Even though it’s a bit far from home, I’m now a loyal customer. Huge thanks to Jarrod and the team—you guys truly went above and beyond.

Service is good but expensive parts.
I found the original Ford parts for $495.00 but they is $660.
I think they charge me for towing too.
I am regular customer for last 15-20 years and there should be same sort of discount.

Great job .. my car is much better driving experience after changing tyres and wheel alignments service. Nice customer services ! However, the price could be better and more options in brands

Jarred at Deer Park mycar was very helpful answered all questions & mentioned I would receive $100 off if I completed my service by 31 May
