Needed a tyre puncture repair, dropped it in and done within a couple hours. Good customer service when I picked the tyre up.

As always, the staff at Delacombe were friendly and accommodating. They helped me out without the car being booked in and managed to get it fixed in a timely way even though it was Easter.

I took my car in for a 75000 service thinking that they would do a good job. When I went to pick up my car, the battery was flat and the service light was still on. I asked what happened to make the battery flat and he just shrugged his shoulders. He then jump started my car. He didn't even know how to set the maintenance light off the dashboard and I had to do it.
Because of this happening, I took the car home to check if they even did a service.
I requested them to change air and fuel filter as it was dirty and they said they would and i noticed they didnt do it. they didn't check tyre pressure after they put 2 new tyres on, the spare tyre was also flat. I won't be going to a Mycar tyre and auto again.

Easy to book service and pay online. Car was ready before time and received text to let me know. Guy on desk was helpful and friendly.

Great communication, gave me assurance of a couple of looming issues but quite ok until next service.

My car was making a strange noise and I had some vibration through the steering wheel. I presented at Delacombe Mycar mid-morning on a Saturday without appointment and the Mechanic was happy to take the Car for a quick rest drive. He diagnosed the issue as a front wheel bearing. We discussed price to fix and I requested an appointment to repair asap. He was happy to book it in first thing Monday which suited perfectly around my work schedule. Car was repaired successfully and at the quoted price. I was very pleased with their skill to quickly diagnose the fault, price to repair and customer service.

Excellent service, called me up about my breaks being fine and didn't need to be replaced and my Tyers being unroadworthy and was able to replace them without being over charged and kept to original quote. Very pleased with everything
