My tyre was mended as soon as possible
My tyre was mended as soon as possible. Due to your workload it took a day extra. This caused me some anxiety as the spare tyre played up. However , you were helpful and it was fixed as soon as possible. I will be back in the future .

Workmanship is not great
While Laurie is good and made sure my tyre patchwork is done soonest, the work carried out by the team needs a lot of improvement. The rim on the tyre is badly damaged, possible when they are removing it to patch. Photos are available for reference when needed. This is very surprising given that I have ised Mycar service before for tyre patching.

ended with a quarrel
very bad communication! even ended with a quarrel, when I said their communication is very bad and they talked over me again and again to stop me from saying their communication was very bad. it's about a booking time, wrong payment amount, and a puncture they said in a tyre. over the phone I asked if they can show me a photo or the real thing when I pickup the car. They said yes over the phone and eventually refused to show me anything at the end.

Staff were friendly, communicative and incredibly helpful. Called and advised any extra costs before proceeding with work. Never know what to expect going to a new mechanic but very happy with everything.

The guy I booked my service with was arrogant!
I received a phone call from them while my car was in for servicing that I had a major tear in the rubber on the front driving arm (the arm that moves the wheels / steering), that it would need to be repaired ASAP, my car is basically unroadworthy & it is a seriously dangerous situation. The guy I was speaking with recommended it be repaired the same day (in total $2,500 approx. apparently this was the cheapest quote of the day). Thankfully for me, I have enough knowledge to know this would not have occurred to this extent in the timeframe since my last service (I am not one of those clueless females that can be taken advantage of), due to being an unofficial ‘apprentice mechanic / trades assistant’ growing up… yep, they picked the wrong girl!
I had a chat with a mechanic I know & trust, before taking the car to him. He showed me the tear, it definitely was NOT as urgent as it was made out to be (maybe 5cm of the way at most… yes, it needs to be repaired, but isn’t going to tear completely in the immediate future, AND I was quoted $1,000 more than it should cost to have it repaired!
This is the second bad experience I have had with MyCar (Berwick bring the other)… the team at Endeavour Hills are the only reason I went back to MyCar at all, they are AMAZING!
I’m very disappointed with the cost of…
I’m very disappointed with the cost of the recent repair, which I found excessively expensive for the issue described. When I arranged the repair, I clearly explained that coolant was leaking from a hose underneath the car.
This isn’t my first negative experience with this business. On a previous visit, I was charged $70 for damage they caused themselves while replacing an air filter, which I felt was completely unreasonable.
Based on these experiences, I won’t be returning in the future.
Minor puncture, outstanding service
Visited Laurie and the team at Doncaster East on the 1 April due to a minor puncture. They were able to see me straightaway, with my car returned in an hour. The price was very reasonable and the customer service received top notch.
