I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Doncaster Westfield's My Car Centre. I called to inquire about a roadworthy certificate, but the representative Lockland, responded in an unprofessional and rude manner. This was particularly surprising, given the good service I've received from them in the past. Unfortunately, the poor treatment I received has made me question their ability to provide quality service and I'm hesitant to take my car to them again.
