Exceptional Customer Service
Greeted with a smile when arrived, questions answered appropriately, car ready before time and greeted with a smile again when picking car up. Customer service is great. Tyres were fitted properly and cheaper than any where else. Will be back again

Poor Experience
My car registration details couldn't be found on the system upon booking - I have been to mycar numerous times.
I felt I was being rushed upon booking, and when I dropped and collected the car. No text message was sent when my car was ready for collection. Unfriendly customer service upon pickup. No explanation of additional work required for vehicle, just a list at bottom of service.
