I’ve always found there is great communication letting me know about what needs to be done and are upfront about costs so there’s no shock at the end.

Sometimes my car had a driving problem…
Sometimes my car had a driving problem and the MYCAR company fixt it with reusing some things, which I don’t know:

Honest and helpful
Twice now (with two different cars) I’ve popped in with a query (dashboard warning lights). In both cases the guys couldn’t have been more helpful in identifying what needed to be done and they didn’t charge me (both cars were under warranty at the time with a dealer, so they didn’t want to do the job when the repair should be free). In each case it took about 20 minutes of their time and they did it for free. They’re lovely.

The garage was under staffed putting…
The garage was under staffed putting pressure on those working. As I am unable to walk I didn't get a ride to and from the garage and had to rely on friends generosity. The service was good and reasonably priced.
