The customer service was great. The only issue I had was the pricing. I had to get my tyre fixed as I had a hole in it and it cost me $49. Everywhere else don't charge more than $30.

I received great customer service, great advice on which tyre was right for my car, I was given a great deal for 5 tyres and they were supplied and fitted within 2 days.

Everything was checked out and the price was reasonable. I asked that it be ready to pick up before peak hour and it was ready by 2pm so I was out of the heavy traffic which suited this elderly lady.

Always a hassle-free experience with them. I always have my car serviced through mycar, they work fast and ensure all things are covered before they take action on the repairs. It’s also conveniently located close to shops and stations.

My car was finished within the agreed time of pick up

Worst customer service ever!!!

I got a service on Wednesday 11th of February and the next day my car would not start in the morning.
When I called mycar Epping to tell them about my experience they told me it’s nothing to do with your oil must be your battery what do you want me to do.
I replied saying I don’t believe it’s my battery as the radio and lights are working. Then told me told if you want us to look at your car you will need to pay and get it towed to us in an aggressive tone….

I got RACV to come out and nothing was wrong with the battery..

My car Epping need to work on there customer service!! Because of the customer service I received via the phone Thursday morning. I will not be returning to my car and will tell friends and family to avoid at all costs!!

Customer service goes beyond paying for the service and the man who answered the phone Thursday morning needs serious training.

If your calls are recorded you should go listen to it I’m still in shock! I understand that there probably wasn’t alot they could do but I know that mycar offer roadside assistance and it could have been a simple conversation of offering that to me.
