Richard makes the process smooth.
Richard makes the process smooth, easily understandable (for those with little or no car knowledge) without being patronizing, that I have seen in other car repair places. In this last visit for an alternator replacement, other issues were
noted and repaired.

Improving customer interaction - If they would take a moment to listen and then respond honestly to my questions. I was on time for my registration inspection but was told to come back in an hour or so. I questioned why so long he said that is it takes an hour to inspect. Not true! Took 20 minutes, though I had to wait just over an hour. Also my Porsche has soft closing doors which he did not respect. I tried to mention that to him but he wasn’t interested and the second guy just fobbed me off. No apologies, just ‘oh, is it soft-close.’
Maybe your mechanics are great but the guys at the front desk are rude. I am not an aggressive person, I questioned them politely. They just didn’t like it!
