Got booked in really quick, staff were all really well presented and I had good communication throughout. All costs were discussed and explained and when I approved something, they got it in super quick and installed it.

The price was as advertised.
The staff were easy going, friendly, got the job done, spoke to me like a person. Not 1 staff member spoked down to me because I don't know anything about cars. (Which is all my previous experience)
I was not ripped off or told I need things when I don't.
I have never had a good experience taking my car in for service or repairs. Until now.

I ended up learning a few things about caring for my car as well.

I decided to book my service with them after this experience and I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Not once did I feel pressured to cancel my car service with Toyota, but I did and booked my service with the guys at my car tyre - auto Figtree.

It's rare to find someone you can trust with your car, especially as a woman with zero car knowledge. Thanks guys

When I walked in and saw the mechanic at the counter with an unlit cigarette between his lips, I should have guessed at his level of professionalism. I booked online for a pink slip for 10am to be completed by 11am. The mechanic had a whinge about how this would mean he'd have to take other cars off the hoist to get my car done on time. Why bother having an online booking system with those timings then? He refused to sign off on the pink slip until I'd bought four new tyres. I think he was just a money-grabber. Avoid like the plague unless you're keen on rude and patronising staff.

After a couple of times of confusion by the company as to when my car was to be serviced, they did a thorough inspection.

They worked very hard to get my car back to me ASAP.
