The staff were really friendly, and efficient. They explained things without making it sound technical.

I contacted Mycar Tyre & Auto late afternoon & explained the issues I had that day with Hyundai.
My Car understood my urgency to get my work vehicle serviced and repaired got me booked for the following morning at 8am and had my work van back to me before 3pm all fixed and serviced. Fantastic group to deal with.

Honest great customer service

It was easy to drop off and pick up. The service was done quickly and the staff were really helpful from the initial request to book for a service through to the end.

The company itself is really good, I’ve always found MyCar staff to be wonderful. On this occasion though, the man who looked after me wasn’t what I’d experienced before. I got a bit of a telling off about the condition of the car, even though I explained it wasn’t actually mine and I was getting it serviced for a family member who couldn’t and hadn’t been able to afford to do it. He also explained things to me in a way that made me feel like a child, perhaps it was because I’m a woman and he assumed I know nothing about cars, he used words like “mandatory” when trying to urge me to get things fixed. His whole attitude was actually quite offensive. At the end of the day, I got everything on the quote completed, when I paid it was $300 more than quoted but I almost expected that from him. I’m just glad my mums car is fixed now, but I won’t deal with him again and it’s likely I won’t take her car back there.

The staff at MyCar Fyshwick gave me confidence in their service, to trust them with servicing the brakes on my 1974 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. It was their first experience with the Rolls Royce brand and they took time to care and get the work done properly.

Staff were friendly and the servicing was conducted in a very timely manner. They notified me of what needed to be changed and informed me of the price, and asked me if I wanted to proceed.

The guys took my car in with almost no notice and quickly repaired my tyre (slow leak) and notified me as soon as it was done. There was no charge as the tyres were under a lifetime warranty. The can-do attitude and professional courtesy was very much appreciated. Great team at the Fyshwick store. Highly recommended. Jane

Had my Commodore serviced and couldn't be happier. The Gentlemen were friendly and I knew my Car was going to be looked after. Great choice to use mycar 😀

Gave me false diagnostics on my car stating it was only coils then after putting them in it was apparently the pistons that were gone still charged me $700 for a broken engine and still doesn't work

They where on time , explained what was going on and did a great job.

They took a lot longer than they said. They failed to put my hubcap on that was in my car - when I asked them to. My power steering light and EPS was on when I left EPS has not turned off. I am booked in with my regular mechanic to have it looked at. The front left bearing started rumbling on take off the following morning.
