The owner was super helpful and understanding. Helped me out on the same day I enquired and the service was great!

No problems at all. From booking a service on line to having new brake pads fitted on the rear wheels as recommended by the Townsville Store when new tyres where fitted. All the info was coordinated from all the Mycar stores I have used over the past five years or so. The car was booked in at a certain time that I was able to negotiate and I was given a time the job would be finished. I was messaged as soon as the car was ready (sooner than was stated)
I am a happy little camper and will remain a satisfied customer of Mycar in the future.

The crew at Gladstone are absolutely amazing. I had a quote for around $6000 for replacing a steering rack. The work was completed a lot quicker than anticipated, so lot less in price, so the guys went ahead and completed some other faults they found, plus tyres and came in at $3,500. I was stoked as a pensioner this meant the world to me. Could not give them enough credit for what they achieved.

We have bought 2 x set of new tyres in the past and happy with experience, so when we got a screw in our tyre was the first place we thought of for repaired. Darrell and the team repaired the tyre fast and very happy with service.

I wish there were more stars. Despite pouring, cold, raining day, and the fact I arrived towards closing time on a Friday, I was treated with a smile and professionalism. The friendly staff fixed my tyre puncture and returned the tyre back to my car. I would absolutely recommend MyCar Gladstone for all of your car servies. I know that I will definitely be returning ( hopefully not for more tyre punctures).

The manager "Darryl" is a trustworthy, friendly and experienced. He runs reliable workshop and goes the extra mile to save you time and money. Always informative of your vehicle's progress.
I will always take my cars to My Care Gladstone and leave them under Darryl's care.

The guys at mycar were so helpful. I was visiting with my son as he was playing football. I got a screw in my tyre and had to drive nearly 600km home. They got my car in straight away. Whilst I was waiting the manager stay and talked with me while I waited. They were helpful, polite, professional and made it feel homely. Thankyou so much for all your help you guys are amazing

The time before this service I was advised my windscreen wipers needed to be replaced soon. I was even given quotes for the future on wipers that would need to be ordered in due to Kia having specific models for my vehicle.

When I put my order in for a servicing, I did mention in the notes to please check the windscreen wipers and to phone me with a price on getting them done this time.

When I pick the car up, I asked the man at the counter if the wife is were okay as nobody had contacted me and he seemed very puzzled about why I was asking and told me that they were fine. The only thing he could suggest to do would be to go for a very long drive potentially one hour in the daytime to help charge my battery up.
I advised him that the battery is brand-new. RACQ had recently put it in.

Feeling very confused about this service to be honest, when I arrived to drop my car off staff did not look busy.

Later that day, a friend phoned me to see if I was getting my car service because she noticed my car was sitting in the car park and staff was sitting on the ground chatting.

Excellent customer service reliable on finish time . Great price very friendly service
