I booked a tyre replacement appointment and was told to bring my car in at 4 pm. When I arrived, the staff looked surprised and couldn't find my booking, and the tyre hadn't been ordered. I had cancelled other appointments to attend, so this was very frustrating. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled and felt there was little acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

Alex and Aidan are professional and friendly. They always put their customers needs
first. They keep us informed on the progress of work on our vehicles, they are time efficient, keeping our cars for the minimum time required to complete the job.
