Great customer service, car was ready at allocated time and work done as requested.

I have serviced my Jaguar E-pace at this place 3 times now. Mitch is always friendly and provides a quote and explanation of what needs to be done. So far I have had a very please experience with Mycar in Glenmore Park

The service was okay and noted that a logbook service was completed on my car. What really put me off was that I had specifically asked for two things to be looked at. One, my power side mirror wasn’t automatically folding anymore. I was told they would need an auto electrician or someone to replace the whole mirror. I was fine with that as it’s not a big issue for me anyway. The second thing was that i advised there was a rattling sound from the driver’s side when you would go on rough surfaces on the road or even go on any bumps or kerbs, plus the steering wheel would sometimes feel shaky when this happens. When I went to pick up the car, they told me they didn’t even bother to look at what could be causing this because they specifically said “there are no rough roads nearby” even though I had told them it would happen even if you just drive on a kerb (I.e going on the kerb to a driveway). This was my first time going to Glenmore Park mycar and I was not happy with the responses when picking up my car.
