Awesome service, esp the reception guy

The guys at clifford gardens my car did a great job, had my service, rang me advising what was needed, even went that little extra and fixed my side mirror for me.

I recently took advantage of mycar's Black Friday Pirelli Tyres promotion. True to their word, they offered a great deal on some excellent tyres, at a price even cheaper than the regular budget range tyres I would usually buy.

Sadly, I was WOEFULLY disappointed with the online sale experience. I queued for 30 minutes just to get to the web site, only to be kicked out and made to rejoin the queue again for another 30 minutes! When I finally got to select my tyres, the web site locked up so I couldn't check out.

I gave up on the hopeless website, and decided to try the phone option, as this was being promoted by the mycar facebook team as being the best option, but their automated system didn't even recognise that my local mycar shop existed!

Finally, I drove down to my local mycar shop, and they were super helpful. They took my booking straight away, and even had my tyres in stock, so I could get them installed the following week. Couldn't be happier with the personal service at Glenmore Park mycar. I wish I had visited them in the first place, rather than wasting half of my morning in queues to nowhere!
