The crew that work here are great but when Cameron was in charge if he got my car at 08:30 I’d get my car around lunch time I don’t believe it’s appropriate to have everybody drop their car in super early to have it parked all day with work commencing after 4pm and me driving away with my car at 5.38pm. Great people but too disorganised with timing, please go back to the way Cameron did things. Booked a week in advance but didn’t have the parts on time, why wait until the night before to order parts for a regular customer?

Was great customer service, was on time fast and efficient

Booking in by phone very easy and included exactly what I wanted (rego check plus two new tyres). I was given a quote without asking. A quick check showed me the tyre quote was very competitive. On the day the time promise was adhered to and invoice included free tyre rotation and promise of ongoing free Tyre Care benefits.

I was given prompt service by the manager. My car was ready on time and it is running so well.

I reserved some tyres but they weren't delivered on the day but the manager gave me a better set of tyres for the same price. Thank you MyCar

Thank you to Rod for waiting till I was able to get to the workshop later than expected. It was home time and I rang to say I’m on my way just waiting for a cab. He said “no problem”. I have been getting my car serviced here for the last 5 or 6 yrs and the guys are polite and helpful. My baby runs well and that’s thanks to the service and care she receives from them.

Travis and the boys are their usual fantastic selfs. I won't go anywhere else.
