Your reputation of getting as much money out of customers through misdiagnosis is widespread and well known. I have lost all faith in mechanics.

Customer Service was fantastic and I could not fault them. The problem is the tyres I have purchased are terrible. Avoid mycar avandra my1 103V 235/60 R18 tyres at all costs. You are better off getting proper tyres like Goodyear or Michelin. I paid almost $1200 for subpar tyres and a wheel alignment. Since then my fuel usage has gone up significantly, car feels like it airbornes when going over bumps at highway speeds, car feels heavier, I feel every bump in the round, the tyres are noisey, the acceleration is slower and the handling in the wet feels like my tyres are dragging. Doubt they will last the 50,000km guarantee. Even my car doesn’t like them. The tyre pressure light keeps coming on, even after I check the pressure and they are in normal limits, have reset it many times, including the day of purchase. Never in my life have I purchased such terrible tyres and I have driven more than a million km’s in my lifetime! Didn’t have a single problem until the day I had my tyres changed. In saying that, customer service was fantastic and they were efficient and went above and beyond hence why I didn’t give 1 star even though the tyres are worth 0 stars.

Very disappointed with the service, I got during tyres rotation, tyre puncture and wheel alignment appointment. Service support did tyre puncture and probably alignment (noticed issue with alignment even after 2 days). On asking about tyre rotation, counter person replied, no need for rotation as best tyres are at front. Now during U-turn, tyre slips outward and in straight drive wheel turn to left.

My car felt amazing to drive after new Kumho tyres and a wheel alignment.
