Had my car serviced couple of days ago. Was a major service over $1000. Took it to a 2nd mechanic to check over the work that was done because I was told by Caleb that the service is a 3 hour service. 2 hours of dropping the car off, my car was ready. When I spoke to Caleb what was done, he assured me my spark plugs, fuel filter and cabin filter was replaced, only to find out that only the spark plugs and oil change was done. I am completely shocked at the fraudulent service I was charged, on top of that, Caleb was very rude and blunt when I confronted them, he really seems like he doesn't like his Job. I dealt with Tony after my conversation with Caleb. Tony was very courteous and apologised about my experience i had.
After speaking with the mechanic, he told me that is not the first time customer from this store has taken car to him to check over. Was told many cars were being charged for parts that were not being fitted. I use to trust Mycar, now they seem like they hire young workers who have no experience in dealing with these situations. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANY CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THEY KEEP THE PARTS THAT ARE BEING REPLACED. They know who I am and I expect a phone call from head office for a full refund or I will seek legal action. This is theft by a national corporate company. I also like to add, when collecting my vehicle after 4pm, I witnessed alcohol being consumed during these work hours. Highly unprofessional and theft to top it off.

Had logbook servicing for my car and got the service booklet stamped and that's it. There was no feedback on any part of the service at all.

Really good customer service. Had issue with tire pressure gauge that needed adjustment which they did for no charge. You don’t get that everywhere!!

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was told the wheel alignment was completed, but as soon as I drove off, it was clear it hadn’t been done—the steering wasn’t centered. I had to return to get the alignment properly done, which delayed us and forced my wife to take an Uber from work. This shows poor internal communication and a lack of attention to detail. Delivering a vehicle without ensuring promised work is completed is unacceptable.

Quick and so easy. The staff member took time to explain an issue they found and provided advice on steps forward and will monitor on next service. No hidden costs, just honest and transparent service.

Made a phone booking on Friday after 4pm, Tuesday at 8.30 was the earliest,arrived for appointment and was told no booking had been made. The young bloke who served me booked me in which I appreciated, service was good after that. Will still use this branch at Gungahlin in future.

The team member at Mycar, Gungahlin, ACT was very rude and after the servicing they left engine oil on top my engine which was identified luckily within in couple of days.

I paid extra for Wheel alignment and balancing with Tyre change, didn't received any alignment report. When I asked them for report, made excuse that they are out of paper. Also front customer service mate was where unwelcoming. Didnt not explain me Mycar tyre plan.
