I just arrived back from Victoria, Car tyres x 2 punctured by pot holes / nails. Luke explained the perils, of wear and tear, profiles, the pitfalls of having 4 different tyres on the car. The service was seamless. Staff/fitters very professional. Luke outlined the MyCar package/ benefits. He was also able provide a discount, to lesson the pain and despite being busy, managed to address all the issues while I waited. 4 new tyres. 1st class service, could not fault them .I attended 3 other Mycar outlets and not one of them gave me options. My Car Brookvale at least directed mr to Luke and his team for which I'm greatful. A really happy customer.. Sandy

Great experience. Luke has serviced a number of our cars. He is very helpful and accommodating. He does a great job and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He always has time to explain things and has a great customer manner.

The on-line booking system was trouble free and easy. However I made a mistake and selected the wrong tyre. Spoke with Luke who solved the issue and honoured the discount that was available on the day the tyres were purchased.
At the date of the service, Luke and the team were very friendly, turn around was quick and efficient.
Would happily return and recommend the Harbord branch

As I have always found LUKE at My Car Hardboard
is excellent at Communication telling me what Repairs are required for my Car after I have told him of possible problems. He explains exactly what the problem is and the best way for it to be fixed.
I have repairs done....NO PROBLEMS NOW.....

Went in with an urgent repair and was provided with professional efficient service in a timely manner.
Will definitely return for any future car related services.

The team at MyCar Harbord (even though different guys most times) are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and help me understand what my car needs, priorities and explain everything.

I have been going to My Car 🚗 longer than it has been My Car. It is good to go to same mechanics as they get to know the car and recognise any faults before they get worse. Also build up a good relationship with the people looking after the car.

Luke at My Car Harbord helped me get back on the road last week within an hour when my car broke down around the corner from his business. He and his apprentice Alex exemplify exceptional customer service as mechanics - they fitted me in at short notice even though they were clearly very busy, explained the problem with my car clearly, and also fixed a few other things at no extra cost. Best mechanics I've ever dealt with (My Car Harbord has consistently delivered excellent service over the years I've been getting my car serviced there but Luke goes above and beyond!)

I recently got my pink slip done and also as part of my initial purchase of tyres from MyCar, I had my wheel balanced and rotated for free. Mike from Harbord road store was meticulous and punctual on his commitment. He mentioned the job would be done in 2hrs and it was. Great guy managing the place.
