At the sign in desk
At the sign in desk, the gentleman was extremely helpful
We asked how his day was going and he said busy and said they usually have more staff but holidays etc it was him
Explained everything well
The special didn’t go through and my partner went back in and the guy was so apologetic and fixed it up quickly

I will always use My Car Harrisdale due to their customer service. I called a couple of times the other day and they returned my call straight away and provided same day service. Helpful and obliging and always upfront without any upselling.

So hard to contact them through phone, anytime of the day. Especially when you car has something wrong with it and you have to make a decision.

Great price and very efficient
Great price and very efficient. I couldn't get my clutch booked in anywhere for weeks. Mycar Harrisdale did it the same week and it took them less than a day to do. Very happy.

I arranged for my car’s tyres to be…
I arranged for my car’s tyres to be replaced and left the car there for job to be done. I was called to say that they could replace the tyres with a cheaper brand but with the same life expectancy. It’s not every day that a supplier looks after the customer’s wallet. We’ll done Mycar! This (and the friendly service) is the reason I’m a returning customer.

Oil on my driveway after service!
I needed tyres changed and decided to book a service along with the tyre change. Since the service, my driveway is littered with oil. I never had any previous issues with my car which I bought brand new. Is there such a thing as a warranty for a service?
