AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I took my car in for a general service, with no faults reported and had it break down only days later. Following “repairs” from MyCar Harrisdale my vehicle AGAIN broke down a week later. Two months following this, additional major faults have been found. I took it back a fourth time and raised these faults which were blatantly overlooked and was told to “prove it” despite assessment from a reputable mechanic stating these problems existed for a long time which MyCar FAILED to rectify. The “2IC” Tristan is a nasty piece of work who proceeded to condescend and smugly refute all blame infront of multiple workers and customers. I will be lodging this complaint with MyCar HQ along with consumer protection. Incredibly incompetent mechanical work and a traumatic experience which will have a long lasting impact. What a disgusting excuse for a business.

Staffs were very helpful.

I didn't purchase any tyres. The service member indicated that my front tyres needed to be replaced albeit they were only a few months old and almost brand new. Felt like I was trying to be ripped off.

Very fast and friendly service to repair tyre. Would recommend to others and be using Mycar Harrisdale again.

Harrisdale my car, is just amazing they made my day. Just got back and it only took 30-45 min for them to check my car and patch my tyre that had a nail in it. It was so quick, and I was worried it would take while since I had a little Bub at home. What awesome service they were so polite and a pleasure to deal with. Def. Would recommend them to everyone, and will be back there again. So great to have them in the neighbourhood!
