Limited BYD capabilities
Whilst the Service personnel were nice, I have a few critical feedback items:
1. Inability to diagnose / provide an answer to why my cars inbuilt gps is not working. Told to contact BYD to investigate.
2. No answer as to why my front tyres are bald given it is only 12 months old and only one about 14k
I will be taking the car directly to BYD for servicing as I believe they will be able to do more in terms of the cars electronics

Easy to book in at very short notice
I've used mycar Hartwell (Victoria) numerous times over the last 5-6 years, whether for a full set of tyres or for puncture repairs. They've always been able to fit me in the same day if needed and the work has been of good quality each time. I've got no reservations about continuing to use mycar in the future.
