I dropped my car for a full service, got called from the shop later on saying the extra things needed in the vehicle, after quoting as I agreed to some of the things to be done like changing a couple of bulb, air filter however after I collected my car I noticed I was charged for headlight bulb, number plate bulb rear but it was not changed, I still have the same not working bulbs on the car and was charged for it! Makes me wonder what else was I charged for incorrectly

The reception was very nice and informative. Explained everything that need to be done to my car and when there was additional things that need to be replaced, he made sure that I was aware and asked if it was okay for them to go ahead.
