The front service desk was manned by the most helpful guy. He was friendly and obliging. I had a great experience and would recommend you to my friends

The person in charge was kind enough to ask me what the reason was for replacing my 4 tyres. I told him my answer and he suggested we changed 2 only as the other 2 are still looking good and could still last perhaps 2-3 years more. I appreciated that because they care for the customers and the car.

The car was checked throughly and some issues reported.

Could not fault any aspect of the process, from booking my car in to collecting it after the service.

Called in the morning, very friendly person on recption. Got me in for the afternoon, with a quote upfront.
Was told it would take at least 30 minutes, was completed in under 20.

The store manager was extremely polite and accommodating. The tyres were replaced as requested and I've had no issues. Awesome team and absolutely recommend the Innaloo store.

Liam and Billy deserve a pay rise. They were exceptional with their help and kindness with 2 females who had no idea about cars. Fixed my corroded battery and my daughter’s lights. Couldn’t be more helpful and trustworthy. I’ll be bringing my other daughter’s car back here too. Well done guys.

I rang mid afternoon to get lights fixed before heading on a long road trip. Arrived at MyCar Innaloo at 3.30pm … light replaced within 10 minutes, oil checked, tyres checked, at no cost to me! such friendly and amazing service. thank you !

Unfortunately I own a MG HS😩!!and have problems resetting the Tyre pressure sensors! But again your friendly professional is going to resolve it!

Paid $289 just for an oil change and a check on any problems with the car and wrote a list of things wrong, one of them was the need for a wheel alignment, I had just had a wheel alignment done a month prior through another mechanic, when I told them that they said it’s out by 1mm so we highly recommend getting a wheel alignment, caught out making it up to get more money out of me, absolutely disgusting

regarding the service 15th April on my daughter’s Kia Cerato, your service was not good enough. Your invoice clearly states Tyre Inspection & Pressure check/adjust. The next day we found her rear passenger tyre was very flat. We took it to the garage ourselves to check the tyre pressure. PSI for her car should be 32, her tyres were 20 and the flat one was 5, this is appalling service.

Thank you to Aaron at Mycar Innaloo today. The key battery on my MG had expired and Aaron arranged a new battery and got me going again. Very friendly and efficient.
