The fellas at my car in ipswich were very professional and expertise is excellent do not trust or go to rapid tune in underwood and if you've brought a vechiel from ko cars seriously take to a mechanic you can really trust because between ko cars and rapid tune they're in each other's pocket my ute should have never passed a road worthy and im now going through fair trading

The team were fantastic! Dropped off the car at the time I requested and although there was some challenges for them with illness they were basically finished when they advised. Exceptional customer service and friendly front desk staff.

I have been a Mycar customer for many years - this service experience has been the worst having no issues previously. Upon returning home I checked fluid levels finding the radiator and its reservoir completely empty and the brake fluid well under its minimum required level.

The guys at Ipswich really helped me out with a tyre puncture that had been repaired elsewhere but had failed. They fixed it properly and had me back on the road. Will be back next time I need new tyres.

Good customer service as they will call and inform one of anything which requires attention over and above the log book service. Pity they don’t offer a free clean of the car as well!
