I was a late afternoon walk in on a Saturday needing a spare tyre fitted. I explained I wasn’t in a rush, however the boys had my tyre fitted and ready within the hour. I am a regular there as the service has always been great for me.

I usually get car service from mycar Joondalup. After a regular service, there was extra maintenance needed. When I picked up the car, I heard a cranking noise from the engine and took it back. The staff was busy on the phone, and took sometime to acknowledge me, later he took car for a ride. He asked me to leave the car for that night, as it was closing time. So they clearly didn’t do a proper test drive after the work. I was told the work would be done early Saturday and they’d call, but I had to call myself to find out. No call came, and my weekend plans were delayed. Upon arrival, I was handed the key without an apology or explanation. I was surprised by the customer service I received.

I never take my car anywhere else! Had a punctured tyre, took it in late Monday afternoon and they fixed it within 20 minutes for free! Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Pleasant service. Vehicle completed on time.

The front desk guy either lied to me or the service was rubbish.
I was booked in for 9:30am, he told me it was a long service so I couldn't pick up until 4:30pm.
The GPS location of the car didn't move until about 1:35pm, 5min after I called him stating as such. My car appeared to only be in the workshop for about an hour, so he lied or it was a rushed service.

Needed new tyres for my car and a wheel alignment, the guys at the Joondalup location are super friendly and professional. Booking online was simple, I took my car in and had some time to walk around the shops and next thing I know the car is done. Quick, Friendly, Professional, Good value.
